[jbosstools-dev] Upcoming change to target platforms: GPE 3.4.3

Those target platforms were built and are now available (got a +1 from 
Fred who is the most concerned by this TP).

Ci jobs are already updated to build against these platforms:

Please give them a try by running:
   $ cd jbosstools-component
   $ mvn clean verify -DTARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION=4.30.6.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT 
-DTARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION_MAXIMUM=4.31.1.Alpha2-SNAPSHOT

Once we get enough good feedback from you and Jenkins, the following PR 
change the parent poms to use them can be merged:
* https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/pull/123
* https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/pull/124
