[jbosstools-dev] Install From Central broken on 4.1 ?

Googling a bit brings up 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=410647 which is a similar 
issue. So it looks like some GPE plugin may have a bad constructed 
enablement expression.
AFAIK, this just appears in logs.
Can you open a ticket in JIRA?
