[jbosstools-dev] FYI: Parent pom 4.2.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT updated to use Luna M3 target platform

As part of the work to get us building w/ Luna [0], and because almost 
all the projects [1], [2] can now compile with Luna M3, I've set the 
default target platform [3] in the parent pom in master branch to use 
Luna [4] instead of Kepler.
