[jbosstools-dev] ACTION REQUIRED: JBT 4.1.1.Alpha2 / JBDS 7.1.0.Alpha2 Code Freeze + Branch

Central component done.

I added https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-15511 to the respin-a 
bucket though, as I think I can quickly hack something tomorrow.
If I can't fix it by the end of the day tomorrow, I'll remove the 
respin-a label and punt it to CR1.
