Yes, we should be fine to do this faster. Part of the TP updates is to 
make it clear who actually needs and when :)

As written on jira i'm fine doing this asap - just want to give dgolovin 
chance to run the full build on his setup that is 7 minutes instead
of 24hr+ on jenkins.
