[jbosstools-dev] Replace json-simple by minimal-json in tern.java?

Hi max,

Migration to minimal-json was done. Don't hesitate to create issues if you
find bugs (Junit works well).

For P2,  I have posted my question at
https://github.com/ralfstx/minimal-json/issues/28
