Hey,

Upfront sorry for generating more noise than usual in jira ;)

I'm going through and trying to remove "dead" issues in Jira (like "jira 
set fix version to LATER and no change for a year"), but i'm leaving
a comment to let everyone know if the issue is still alive please reopen 
it...thus I need the mail notifications to go out.
