[jbosstools-dev] ACTION REQUIRED :: Copyright and provider name verification

There have been a number of new plugins and features added this year, 
and many more which have been updated since last year.

As such, those files which have changed need to be updated to bear a 
copyright date ending in 2014.

You can also update ALL your files to 2014 (if you'd like) but files 
which have NOT changed need not be updated.

Note too that if a plugin is new/updated this year, its containing 
feature(s) must also be updated to this year's copyright date, even if 
nothing has changed in that feature other than its children.
