Also, until JBDS 8.0.0.GA is actually live, all the JBT component builds 
should stay disabled. So anything you DO push (after opening a JIRA, 
attaching a PR and getting approvals) won't be built in Jenkins just yet.

Please ensure you've built locally before pushing to the 4.2.x branch.
