[jbosstools-dev] Proposed change for target-platform 4.41.0.CR2-SNAPSHOT : Luna SR1

After quick review (only IU versions have changed), PR looks OK, 
including change re: org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility.auth, which 
is no longer available in Luna SR1 (was in Luna R).
