[jbosstools-dev] trouble with http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2/

   Hey Nick/all -
       Fitz and I are trying to build SwitchYard [1].  It builds fine locally for the both of us but building in Jenkins
   results in the following error:

[WARNING] Failure to transfer org.jboss.integration-platform:jboss-integration-platform-bom:6.0.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml from http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of snapshots.jboss.org has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer metadata org.jboss.integration-platform:jboss-integration-platform-bom:6.0.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml from/to snapshots.jboss.org (http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2): Connect to snapshots.jboss.org:80 [snapshots.jboss.org/10.4.129.13] failed: Connection refused

[ERROR] Plugin org.jboss.tools.tycho-plugins:target-platform-utils:0.23.1 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.jboss.tools.tycho-plugins:target-platform-utils:jar:0.23.1: Could not transfer artifact org.jboss.tools.tycho-plugins:target-platform-utils:pom:0.23.1 from/to snapshots.jboss.org (http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2): Connect to snapshots.jboss.org:80 [snapshots.jboss.org/10.4.129.13] failed: Connection refused -> [Help 1]

   I can build JBTIS using the same label expression and tycho 0.23.1.

   I can also see:

   http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/integration-platform/jboss-integration-platform-bom/6.0.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml

   Any ideas??  hudson?
