FUSETOOLS is in "read only for non-redhat" for some reason.

Sent email to Lars et.al. to figure out why that is done that way since
just seems wrong.

so noone outside red hat can actually open/add info to FUSETOOLS jira.

No wonder we don't get much external reports then ;)
