[jbosstools-dev] Can we bump TP in jbosstools-4.3.x to 4.51.2.Beta1?

This seems to contradict what Andre was seeing since it fails 
compilation right now.

We should (currently) be *compiling* against Mars.0 (Minimum) and *test* 
against latest Mars.1+ (Maximum).
