[jbosstools-dev] Proposal to add Mylyn Wikitext feature to the JBT/JBDS 4.50.x target platforms

In JBDS-3259, it's been requested that we include Wikitext support in 
JBDS (installer/BYOE), and by extension make it easier to get this into 
JBoss Tools, too. This would provide a handy markdown viewer in Eclipse.

So, to do that, we need to add it to the JBT & JBDS target platforms, so 
it's more readily available - especially in JBDS.
