[jbosstools-dev] Fixing the "menu:" macro rendering on the website

I've enhanced Xavier's fix so this is now enabled globally.

No need to add :experimental: to any .adoc, but it is recommended if you 
want it to be shown nicer when using an asciidoc previewer that might 
not know about the global flag.
