[jbosstools-dev] Upcoming release of Locus 1.2

FYI, we're looking at doing a Locus 1.2 release sometime before JBoss 
Tools 4.3.Alpha2 is released.

Schedule and contents TBD.

There are currently 4 JIRAs under consideration:

* JBIDE-18721 New version of Saxon-HE required in locus [affects Teiid 
Designer]

* JBIDE-18108 Set version on exported packages (affects inclusion of 
Powermock?)

* JBIDE-18053 Add Powermock

* JBIDE-19392 Add jboss-dmr
