[jbosstools-dev] FYI: Urgent change to baseline compare in JBT parent pom (JBIDE-21052)

To ensure we're correctly testing plugin/feature version bumps, we
need to switch to using the latest stable Mars release in both JBT
4.3.x and 4.4.0 branches.

This will happen momentarily but to let everyone know why you might
suddenly be seeing baseline compare failures in your builds... this is
why.
