[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools Locus - 1.4.0.Final is released

Hi all,

On urgent request from Teiid, we released JBoss Tools Locus (the 
repository of additional libraries made available as OSGi bundles/p2 
artifacts so they can be used in the context of Eclipse plugin or RCP 
development), in version 1.4.0.Final.
Here is the change log:

The master branch has been prepared for future development and is now 
1.5.0-SNAPHSOT.
