[jbosstools-dev] m2e 1.7.0 M3 is available

So I guess we need to update the JBT 4.4 / JBDS 10 TPs to include this
instead of 1.6.2, right?

Any other m2e-* stuff need to be tweaked too?

I've opened https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-21106 to track this
change to JBT/JBDS. Please direct your instructions on how to proceed
there.
