https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-devdoc seem to exist and even
if you move
that to jbosstools-devdoc stuff around JBDS that needs a jira would be
in JBDS not in JBIDE.

"documentation" + which component needed it worked fine so far.
you do realise documentation that is non-dev is done in TOOLSDOC, right
?
