[jbosstools-dev] Change in target-platforms 4.50.0.CR1-SNAPSHOT

This update is erroneous and consumes Neon M1 instead of Mars.1 RC3: 
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-20662
Working immediatly on fixing that.
