JBoss Tools Locus, the repository for additional OSGi bundles and p2 
artifacts, was released in version 1.3.0.Final.
Its content are available at 
http://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/unzip/unzip/org/jboss/tools/locus/update.site/1.3.0.Final/update.site-1.3.0.Final.zip-unzip/
Changelog compared to last 1.2.0.Final release are available at 
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-locus/compare/1.2.0.Final...1.3.0.Final

If you're using the SNAPSHOT URL, please fix your target-platforms to 
use this release URL instead.

Versions were bumped to 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT on master to prepare future work.
