What changed is:
* Update of the 4.4.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT parent pom to reference an existing TP
* Update of components to bump their version and reference to parent pom 
(to publish to the right location and not conflict with baseline)

AFAIK, the builds for master were kept running, but since they weren't 
using the newer TP at that time, their output wasn't visible in the Neon 
folder.
The branching steps for components should include steps for immediate 
adoption of newer pom on master.
