[jbosstools-dev] New Neon.2.RC4 target platforms available / PDE Source Lookup

I've started work on Neon.2.RC4 target platforms for JBoss Tools,
Devstudio, and Red Hat Central.

You can try them out here:

Run a build using mvn clean verify -Dtpc.version=4.62.0.AM1-SNAPSHOT
to see if anything breaks.

If you'd like to use a target platform which INCLUDES sources, you can
simply download this zip [0] and unpack it to have Eclipse see it as a
TP which already includes sources (for some projects - not all!)**.

Then, you can even use that along with Fred's PDE Source Lookup [1]
plugin to automatically load sources -- all you need to do is add the
zip (or the URLs above) to Eclipse's list of available software sites.
