[jbosstools-dev] Memory Leak in Docker Containers View

I can't make the call that is a blocker.  The problem has not been reported by users, even
though it has been around since Neon M1.  It only occurs if Eclipse is left
up for a long period of time and the Docker Containers View is also in the
tab list for the editor Window.  However, when it occurs, Eclipse has to be restarted.

I am trying to get the patch into a Neon rebuild if one occurs.  Otherwise, I will
point users to the updates-nightly-neon site.
