[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools Core 4.4.0.Final-a bits available for QE testing

These are not FINAL bits, but preliminary results for QE & community testing. Not for redistribution to customers or end users.

Note that there is an issue installing the Integration Stack content -- currently, everything except Teiid Designer can be installed, prompting remediation.
