[jbosstools-dev] Refactoring openshift-restclient-java to depend upon OkHttp client

Hi,

Make sure that this pom for jbosstools-openshift gets updated to 
include/remove necessary dependencies when it starts consuming this new 
version org openshift-restclient-java: 
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-openshift/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.openshift.client/pom.xml#L47
By the way, I can see that it includes libraries that are already part 
of the target-platform and that could be replaced by requirements in 
MANIFEST.MF. It might be worth considering reusing libs from 
target-platforms than including copies of it (however, it's not 
something high priority IMO).
