[jbosstools-dev] Tycho 0.25.0 available for testing

Has anyone else had a chance to try Tycho 0.25.0 for your local builds?

I'd like to move up the parent pom to 0.25.0 but would like to know
who it breaks, if anyone. The issue documetned in JBIDE-22162 is now
fixed & merged, so I think we're ready to move up.

Can a few project leads try this and confirm nothing is broken?
