[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools Core 4.4.0.Alpha2 bits available for QE testing

These are not FINAL bits, but preliminary results for QE & community testing. Not for redistribution to customers or end users.

Note that these bits will still have Alpha1 in their name, but will have a newer timestamp than the previous staged build, eg., matching 05/19 or 05/20.
