[jbosstools-dev] Proposed 4.61.0.AM1-SNAPSHOT target platform change(s): Update org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.chromium.debug.feature to Neon.1 version; update m2e-mavenarchiver to 0.17.2

Whoops, looks like this had some residual content from a previously
generated email.

Important details here are in these two JIRA, along with p2diffs.

I'll be updating the parent pom in master shortly so that these new
TPs are used for the build stack in prep for tomorrow's code freeze.
