First, I'm not sure it should be perceived as a blocker. Despite the 
lack of reactivity of WTP Releng, it's still managing to build a 
milestone every 6 weeks.
Second, it's something we can easily change. We have several people in 
the team who could do it, and it's not a big amount of effort.
