[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools - Nexus releases this week: releng scripts, tycho plugins, target platforms

I've released 3 projects to Nexus, and have updated the Jenkins jobs
to use the new releases.


== Release Engineering Scripts & Tools ==

Jobs were previously using
org.jboss.tools.releng:jbosstools-releng-publish 4.4.1.AM2-SNAPSHOT or
4.4.2.AM1-SNAPSHOT.

Latest release is 4.4.3.Final.

== Tycho Plugins & Rules ==

Jobs were using 0.26.1-SNAPSHOT versions of
org.jboss.tools.tycho-plugins (mojos) and org.jboss.tools.releng
(enforcer rules).

Latest release is 0.26.1. (Version aligns with Tycho releases.)

== Target Platforms ==

Jobs were previously using 4.62.0.AM1-SNAPSHOT, 4.62.0.AM2-SNAPSHOT,
or 4.62.0.Final-SNAPSHOT.

Latest releases is version 4.62.0.Final (jbosstools, jbdevstudio).

Note that the Red Hat Central target platform remains at
4.62.0.Final-SNAPSHOT, subject to change.


== Parent Pom ==

Parent pom is currently at 4.4.3.Final-SNAPSHOT, and will remain there
until after we have created the 4.4.x branch.
