[jbosstools-dev] [devtools-program] QE Approval for Devstudio 10.3.0.GA and JBT 4.4.3.Final release

JBIDE-23422 is not critical as a workaround exists.
I can't reproduce JBIDE-23961 on 10.3 B94 (
https://devstudio.redhat.com/10.0/staging/builds/devstudio-10.3.0.GA-build-product/2017-02-18_16-51-02-B94/).
We did a late respin to revert a fix that causes the issue so I will check
with you
