[jbosstools-dev] QE Approval for JBT 4.5.1.AM2 release - master branch is unfrozen

Hi,

Devstudio QE and Fuse Tooling QE is done with testing.

JBoss Tools 4.5.1.AM2 is ready to be released. The sign-off document is
here:

The master branch is no longer frozen.
