[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools Core 4.5.2.Final bits available for QE testing

In prep for the respin coming later today to fix a blocking NPE issue [1],
I've moved all the 4.5.2.Final bits to a 4.5.2.Final-build-prev-20180118
equivalent URL, so that the new 4.5.2.Final will be the respun ones with
the fixed jbosstools-base.
