Project Explorer has special nodes for WTP projects (or any other kind of content navigator api based extensions)

We should have it available in the jboss perspective, maybe next to Package Explorer since they both have their strengths.

e.g.
Packages supports current working sets, Project Explorer doesn't
Project Explorer supports content navigator api, Packages don't
