Robert Stryker commented on JBIDE-398:
--------------------------------------

I've added some information to explain runtime vs server.

By default now, the names should be acceptable and all that should need to be changed is a location for the jboss installation.

You have another JIRA issue opened regarding ports, so I'm closing this one as the majority of this complaint has been satisified. At least programatically. Marshall may want to fiddle with the messaging.

> Key: JBIDE-398

> Project: JBoss IDE
> Issue Type: Feature Request
> Affects Versions: 2.0.0.Beta2
> Reporter: Max Andersen
> Fix For: 2.0.0.Beta3

> The page is basically blank with no information about what runtime/server means.
> The default wizards doesn't say much either, but they feel simpler for some reason.
> There is also no hints about what is missing to make the "Next" button work (e.g. filling in the dir etc.)
> The default one asks for something relevant on the server creation (e.g. port names) where as we just ask for a unique name (which i as a user doesn't really care about so could be defaulted)
