you are correct, but its not an "eclipse-project", just a file;  when enabling the "jbossw nature" (as described at http://www.soapui.org/jbossws/gettingstarted.html), a "soapui-project-file" is created in the project-root for handling all webservice-inspect/invoket/etc.. issues
