1. Select  Window -> Preferences  in main menu
2. Select Red Hat -> Editors -> Visual Page Editor in preferences dialog
3. Select General tab
4. Choose  "source" for default editor tab
5. Press Apply and Ok button
6. Open Visual Editor 
7. Default tab editor is "Visual/Source"
