I tried opening a page in VPE on my Fedora 7 box.  This showed the error message in the VPE: "The VPE editor can't be run because your system environment needs to be changed slightly.  Find out more"  

The "Find out more" links to an exadel.com page.  We should update/move the content to within RHDS and not point at exadel.com
