Max Andersen commented on JBIDE-644:
------------------------------------
The bigger evil is that our editor by default now opens plugin.xml, build.xml or any other non-related xml file - it makes the flow of development wrong.
3rd party plugins can also add in an .xml editor that will overrule ours - that we can't prevent (afaik) either.
I think the best we can do is to hook into the content types we define or eclipse/wtp define as something we can edit.
Doesn't contenttype editors overrule the general editor registred for .xml ?

> Can't this be remedied ?
