Looks logical for me (about splitting to two tasks).

But J2ee perspective already exists in WTP, we can switch to it by default, but I'm not sure about adding our views to it.

Seam perspective is a god idea to kep several specific action related to seam in new menu, as Hibernate console does for hibernate.
