Max Andersen commented on JBIDE-769:
------------------------------------

Here is what the ultimate would be:

Seam project: <default selected project>

Generation mode:
Reverse engineer from database: (radio)
Connection: <default connection specifed on the seam project>
Use existing entities: (radio)

This would be enough to let the user choose if he wants to reverse engineer from the database or he will just want to use the existing entities in the project for the reverse engineering.

But if Hibernate Tools can't get enough information from the DTP connection (url's etc.) then it would look something like:

Hibernate Console configuration: <default based on selected project - they can have a console associated>

Generation mode:
Reverse engineer from database: (radio)
Use existing entities: (radio)

And then it needs to create the hibernate code generation launch configuration that will execute the relevant templates.

It is here I might need to add something to hibernate tools for you to be able to customize this freely.
