Stop Button for AS doesn't invoke bin/shutdown.bat

JBoss servers configured via pure WTP are invoking the shutdown script to do a graceful shutdown.

Pressing the stop button of JBossAS just terminates the server. No output is seen in the console to indicate that the server was gracefully shut down.
