    Resolution: Done

We cannot hook to jdt action 'Package Presentation' (in Project Explorer).  Extensions to navigator have independent models, and are not expected to access one another. Besides, user can customize Project Explorer so that Seam Components are available while Java Elements are not. In this case action 'Package Presentation' is removed from menu. Therefore, I added menu 'Seam Packages' with items 'Flat' and 'Hierarchical'.
