This dialog is obsolete and should be removed. In earlier versions of Studio we kept text in macro objects like "<html:commandButton... " where prefix 'html' (namespace)  was common for all macro objects in one section. The action replaced the prefix through the section. Later we introduced property 'default prefix' for sections and text in macro was reduced like "<commandButton... " so that there is no need to scan through a section to change the namespace
