Open Web Development Perspective 
Do not open JBoss Server View 
Window->Preferences->JBoss tools->JBoss Servers->View
Uncheck  some checkboxes
Press Apply button
NPE will be.
Press Ok button 
One more exception.
Log attached

This issue will not be reproduced after JBoss Server View was opened.
