VPE templates now doesn't support versions  of taglibs, we always have supported only last versions. But if we want support different versions of frameworks(like seam 1.2 and seam 2.0) and there are  exists components which have some name, but different parameters and preview, we need mechanism  which allows us to generate different view for different frameworks.
