Yep, my bad - don't update this issue with new info.

Problem appears when: 
<f:loadBundle basename="[XXX]" var="msg" />
[XXX] - name of resourse bundle
If name incorrect - this exception appears.
When u edit string [XXX] - for each symbol added(removed) new exception appear(if resulting string incorrect).
Example:
Correct name - "Demo"
Setting cursor to "" in f:loadBundle basename=""
Pressing D - error: Can't find bundle for base name D.Messages, locale en_US
Pressing e - new error: Can't find bundle for base name De.Messages, locale en_US
Pressing m - new error: Can't find bundle for base name Dem.Messages, locale en_US
Pressing o - all ok, name correct now.
