Yes, it's pretty old exadel studio menu.
Verify - invokes our verification on some files (faces-config.xml, struts-config.xml, web.xml, ...)
Run - opens web browser with url: <content-root>/<pathToFile>. But it seems that this action does not work at all anymore.
Generate Java Code - generates some java code for struts-config.xml (actions, forms,...)

I think we can remove this menu. 'Verify' and 'generate java code' are available from other places. And 'Run' is broken.
